Director's Story
I was barrelling through the back blocks of NZ in a Datsun 120Y in the middle of winter, the moon had just come up. Then I saw it hammered into the side of a loping hill, a hand-painted sign that said ‘Home Kills‘.
Two words that didn’t really belong next to one another, yet there they were, nailed to a post in the middle of nowhere.
